ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

MOVING CLAIMS function is to provide administrative services to the Moving Company which includes documenting compliance with 49 CFR § 370 et al. MOVING CLAIMS will collect the claim information, forms, documents, and provide them to the Moving Company along with a recommendation for settlement of the claim based on the valuation coverage option selected by the consumer shipper. MOVING CLAIMS does not provide legal advice or legal representation. MOVING CLAIMS is not an insurance company and the employees of MOVING CLAIMS are not acting as insurance adjusters. MOVING CLAIMS does not practice insurance law and does not provide legal advice. MOVING CLAIMS’s website MovingClaims.net is not intended to create an insurance claim, and by using MovingClaims.net, no insurance claim will be created with MOVING CLAIMS Instead, customers are filing household goods claims against the Moving Company who moved them. Furthermore, the information on MovingClaims.net site and / or any information provided by MOVING CLAIMS and provided by employees is not legal advice and are not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or up-to-date. I understand that MOVING CLAIMS is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, liability, negligence of the Moving Company. I hereby understand that MOVING CLAIMS cannot be held liable for any or all of the Moving Company’s responsibilities or obligations, written or verbal agreement such as but not limited to: Moving Company performance, charges, payments, compliance with US DOT regulations, tariff, policies, claims, any or all other services performed or promised by the Moving Company.

(1) MOVING CLAIMS responsibility is ONLY to collect, review, and compare my claims/complaints with the valuation coverage selected at the time of my move to be documented and forwarded to the Moving Company.

(2) User understand that MOVING CLAIMS is not my representative, not an insurance company, and I am not a party to any contract for services with MOVING CLAIMS

(3) User understand that MOVING CLAIMS may make a recommendation for claim resolution to the Moving Company. Additionally, the Moving Company is NOT bound nor obliged to agree with MOVING CLAIMS recommendation and may either accept, deny, or alter the recommended offer based on their own internal review.

(4) User understand that MOVING CLAIMS may decide to withdraw from the handling of my claim at its own discretion and without an advanced notice.

(5) User hereby release and forever discharge MOVING CLAIMS and its employees, owners, or representatives, from any and all claims, complaints, lawsuits, class actions, of whatsoever nature, relating directly or indirectly to my relocation, my claim handling, property damage, missing items, or the acts or omission of the Moving Company.
